Judge John P. Quinn, with over twenty years of experience as a trial attorney, came to the Domestic Relations Court in 1995 as a Magistrate.   He was promoted to Chief Magistrate where he served until December 31, 2000.  From January 1, 2001 until January 3, 2002, Judge Quinn served as Chief Counsel, Civil Division, in the Summit County Prosecutor's Office. 

Judge Quinn was elected to the Domestic Relations bench in November 2002 for his term which began January 4, 2003.   He is married to Delores Quinn and together they have three children.  Judge Quinn serves our area in many capacities including as a Board Member for Akron-Summit County Community Action, Inc., and Catholic Social Services.
