What Can Be Done If an Order In My Case Seems Unfair?

If a Motion for Temporary Orders has been heard by a Magistrate, and either party thinks that the Magistrate has made wrong on unfair recommendations, a written Motion to Set Aside the Magistrate's Decision may be filed with the Judge within ten (10) days of the time-stamped date on the Magistrate's Decision.

If a Post-Decree (post-divorce) matter has been heard by a Magistrate, and either party thinks that the Magistrate has made wrong or unfair recommendations, written objections to the Magistrate's Decision may be filed with the Judge within fourteen (14) days of the time-stamped date on the Magistrate's Decision.
